Shared Web Hosting Service Level Agreement

This Shared Web Hosting Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) is incorporated into the Service Order between Administrivia (“Administrivia”) and the Customer. Administrivia and its service vendors believe that your websites and email should always be protected against unscheduled outages. Our commitment to you is that every effort will be made to keep your services online.

The credit allowance in this SLA is the Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy for failure of Administrivia or its vendors to provide shared web hosting services. This SLA does not apply to Customers with dedicated web servers. An unplanned Service Interruption is not a Default under the Service Order, but will entitle Customer to a Credit Allowance. A Credit Allowance will be given when there is an unplanned Service Interruption that is acknowledged by Administrivia or its vendors and will only be given if requested.

The amount of the Credit Allowance shall be as follows:

Unplanned Service Interruption Length Credit Allowance
Less than 30 minutes None
31 minutes or more Credit Allowance equal to one month of web hosting service fees
