Q:  I want to start a company.  How is Administrivia able to help?

Q:  I’m overwhelmed. Can’t technology be simpler?

A:  Your life is busy. You have a desktop computer with critical work data. Sometimes you’re in the car with just your cell phone. Other times you’re traveling with your laptop or iPad. Q:  I already have an accountant.  What makes Administrivia different than other accounting firms?

A:  At Administrivia we take an interest in your company and take the time to give you the insight you need by analyzing and presenting your accounting information in an easy-to-understand format.

Q:  I haven’t filed my taxes yet.  What do I need to send Administrivia to have my individual taxes completed and filed?

A:  This varies depending on the form you need to file.  A complete listing of every Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Form 1040 and Schedules can be found and downloaded on our Form 1040 Download page.  If you know the form you will be filing, contact us for a list of what is needed to prepare your taxes.

Q:  I have already filed my taxes.  How long does it take to receive my tax refund?

A:  It will take one to three weeks from the date the return is filed, depending on whether or not you are electing to receive your refund via direct deposit or paper check.  You may also download the IRS’ 2012 e-file Refund Cycle Chart.

Q:  I’m ready to outsource my payroll.  How much work is involved in getting my company’s payroll processing turned over to Administrivia?

A:  We understand the frustration and hassle in switching payroll companies.  Which is why we have made the process as simple as possible.  The form to be completed is only one page, and after receiving several documents we are able to begin processing in just a few days.

Q:  I need help.  What is the process to get a quote for Administrivia services?

A:  Simply complete the Request for Proposal form.  We will do our best to get back to you with a proposal within 48 business hours.

Q:  My organization is a nonprofit.  Does Administrivia work with nonprofits?

A:  Yes, as a matter of fact, we have a long history with multiple nonprofits with varying missions.  Administrivia is well aware of the financial constraints of most nonprofits and are willing to assist in finding a way we can partner with nonprofits.

Q:  I have a PC.  Does Administrivia assist with both Windows and Mac computers?

A:  Yes, however, Administrivia is proud to have in-house Certified Mac Specialists who have the training and the experience necessary to solve your most basic or challenging computer issues.

Q:  I need immediate assistance.  Do we need to be in the same room to train or fix my Mac?

A:  No, 99% of the time we can help you remotely via phone and Internet. You’ll be amazed.

Q:  My small business wants to expand into mobile technology.  Can Administrivia build a custom iPhone or iPad app for my business?

A:  Yes. Administrivia is able to build an app that fits the need of any business or industry.

Q:  I need stability and security.  How does Administrivia help me avoid an issue in the future?
