Adam T. Rimes, CPA
Adam founded Administrivia in late 2006, after working almost a decade as a certified public accountant for two of the largest international accounting firms. After observing that most of his clients struggled to maximize their human resources, Adam founded Administrivia to improve how companies manage their people and on the belief that business needs creative solutions to today’s ever-changing human resources landscape. Adam oversees day‐to‐day service delivery and ensures all components of our benefits and services are effectively implemented.
Cameron Champion, ACSA
Cameron’s professional career began with various positions in full-service hospitality with Intercontinental Hotel Group. Cameron left his position as an assistant general manager to serve a four-year term of active military duty with the U.S. Air Force. His role as an explosive ordnance disposal technician carried him around the world in various theaters of military operation, including service in Baghdad, Iraq, during the 2005 occupation. These experiences finely honed Cameron’s skills in technology, logic, communication, safety, resource, operations, cultural affairs and management.
Luke Watson, Director of Marketing
Luke joined Administrivia in 2011 to oversee marketing strategy and brand development. He has years of experience in various industries, specifically with marketing campaigns, advertising and branding. Luke oversees mass communication with current and prospective clients, public relations, corporate identity and other marketing efforts. Luke grew up near Atlanta and is happy to still call Georgia home.
Peter H. Diebel, Director of Human Resources
With more than 15 years of experience in organizations large and small, Pete has earned a reputation for hard-hitting focus, delivered in an easygoing style. He is an enthusiastic problem-solver with a passion for making the “people parts” of a business work. He prefers the deep waters of operational and human capital projects where the analysis and subsequent strategy implementations require cross-functional collaboration and new thinking. With a commitment to personal and professional development, Pete has obtained certifications and training on various subject matters, but it is his deep interest in community-building that continues to act as a beacon.
Alan Benson, Director of Employee Benefits
Alan brings to the Administrivia team 25 years of experience as a medical benefits specialist. Having worked with all the major health insurance carriers, Alan is effective at designing cost-effective employee benefit plans that meet the needs of a diverse workforce. Alan has worked in all 50 states providing solutions to clients.
Ellen Parkerson, Accounting Manager
Ellen Parkerson, MBA, joined Administrivia in 2011 after having a successful bookkeeping, accounting and tax practice of her own. Ellen is certified in Quickbooks and offers setup, training and monitoring for businesses that want those services. Born in Tennessee, she was educated at Emory University in Atlanta, Columbia University in New York City and Hofstra University in Garden City, NY. She taught deaf students for 20 years before getting her master’s in accounting and beginning her second career. She feels that this experience helps her when explaining accounting to clients.
Desiree Harden, Staff Accountant
Desiree joined Administrivia in 2011 while attending Georgia State University where she studied Accounting, Risk Management and Insurance. Her areas of expertise include accounting systems integration, historical records creation and review, and accounting process management.
Joshua Scott, Payroll Processor
Joshua joined Administrivia in 2011 after spending a year working in Finance for a variety of Broadway shows. Prior to living in New York, Joshua spent three years working in various positions for Honda Finance. Joshua is currently pursuing a B.B.A in accounting at Georgia State University and has plans to the become a CPA.
