December 2011With multiple mergers in 2011 and a large array of services, complete rebranding occurs with a new name, Administrivia. The definition of the word perfectly embodies the current services: "the tiresome but essential details that must be taken care of and tasks that must be performed in running an organization."
October 2011Mayfair Renaissance becomes the new headquarters of Administrivia. The Mayfair Renaissance offices offered state-of-the-art technology and conferencing capabilities.
September 2011The decision is made to move the headquarters from Orlando, FL , to Atlanta. With Georgia-based operations expanding rapidly, a new, centralized location to better serve the majority of current and prospective clients was necessary. Atlanta was deemed ideal for clients across the Southeast and conveniently located for those traveling throughout the United States (U.S.).
August 2011IHR Financial merges with Over iT!, an Atlanta-based Information Technology company. Administrivia continues to expand its vast product line of services and becomes fully capable of assisting virtually every aspect of a business.
January 2011  IHRnow merges with Adam T. Rimes Consulting Firm and IHR Financial is born. During this time, accounting and financial tasks perfectly join the IHR family of services.
July 2010 With the new focus and client base, rebranding occurs, shortening the name from Integral HR to IHRnow.
June 2009Integral HR begins to focus more as an administrative service organization rather than a Professional Employer Organization (PEO). The payroll processing division continues to grow and becomes the largest revenue stream for the company. Focus shifts from PEO to a natural niche, payroll processing.
February 2008Integral HR begins discussion of possible partnerships with PEOs across the U.S. Potential partnerships were considered with several PEOs.
September 2007 Intergal HR, Inc. is founded in Orlando, FL. Integral HR has humble beginnings with hopes of becoming a full-service PEO serving small- to medium-sized businesses across the nation.
